House Bill 4504—A Bill to amend and reenact §17C-13-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to application requirements for persons with a mobility impairment for special registration plates and removable windshield placards; modifying meaning of temporary and permanent disability; and providing for limited waiver of disability certification requirement.
